Welcome to the Metzgar Media Center

We are expanding our vision with a new name and new concepts! STEAM was the foundation; Innovative Technologies (IT) is the next step! The program will continue to include creativity, design, engineering, problem-solving and hands-on learning. The new name better reflects the range of technologies and skills students are developing. Technology means more than computers - it can include robotics, coding, digital design, 3D printing, multimedia, engineering, makerspace activities, artificial intelligence literacy, and emerging technologies. Students will still be creators and problem-solvers, not just technology users.

Students may borrow books from the Media Center during Innovative Technologies (IT) classes. Books must be returned upon the 2nd rotation of IT at Metzgar.
